Pork Belly, Chix and Waffles, PB & J Bon Bons? We understand the significance of a good lunch—one could argue it’s the most important meal of the day—so this is proof that not only do we like to eat, but we like to eat well.

We like to have fun around here, so when we heard Adam and his wife Sherrie were expecting their first baby, we jumped at the opportunity to wish them luck by throwing them an office baby shower. This celebration included coffee from our favorite local Moore Coffee shop, cupcakes from Yellow Leaf, and, of course, presents! Congrats Adam and Sherrie!

Tactile visited Crystal Mountain today, and it was GORGEOUS! We’re so lucky to live in the Pacific NW!

Tactile and George Simons collaborate with Ana Pinto Da Silva on the February Pecha Kucha event. “In collaboration with ID-aah space and General Assembly  (now known as Tactile), Pecha Kucha Seattle is proud to announce our 41st event — Thing-ing: Explorations in Thinking+Making. The evening will bring together presentations celebrating makers of all stripes – from industrial designers to fabrication to cake makers. Tactile throws another successful Halloween Party! Attendance this year topped 600, costumes were amazing, and everyone had a great time! Check out the video here.

Tactile principal joins the board of the Association for Professional Design Firms (APDF), a fantastic organization dedicated to supporting design firm development across the country.

On a warm and sunny morning and after a ton of hard work at the office, Tactile packed up early to enjoy a good old–fashioned baseball game between the Mariners and the Yankees at Safeco Field. You know what they say, “work hard, play hard.” Plenty of peanut shells, wayfarers, draft beer, hot dogs, and not enough sunscreen = perfect Tactile field trip.

The Tactile team takes a break for the afternoon to learn how to make pizza from the masters at Tom Douglas’ “Serious Pie” restaurant. Dough was kneaded, wine was sipped, and personal pizzas were customized (and enjoyed)! Thank you Serious Pie for getting our hands dirty in a whole new way!
