Thank you to everyone who participated and congratulations to all the winners: Matthew Koscica, Carlos Suarez, Wayne Hoofnagle, and Anthony Wood! Featured above is Matthew Koscica’s Inquisitor, which took home Best in Show by going above and beyond with not only his sketch but the problem it could potentially solve. On the Jury: KBB Product Innovator Awards

November 23, 2020

Over the summer, Tactile’s Design Director, Jonah Griffith, had the privilege to be on the jury for the 2020 Kitchen & Bath Business (KBB) Product Innovator Awards, an organization that has awarded superior kitchen and bath product innovations for 20 years. Jonah’s appreciation of good design in the home and longtime interest in homewares and architecture made him an ideal eye on this year’s KBB jury. KBB awarded Fotile’s 3-in-1 In-Sink Dishwasher for the Kitchen Product of the Year based on the innovative user experience and space-saving design. Jonah was truly honored to be a part of the judging experience. Click HERE to view all the winners and learn more about the jury. Congratulations to the winners!

Tactile + ecobee

May 21, 2020

Earlier this month, ecobee launched its all-new SmartCamera with voice control and SmartSensor for doors and windows. Building upon the success of their “squircle” design language, ecobee reached out to Tactile to help find the right shape for a home monitoring camera with Alexa Built-in. Both the SmartCamera and SmartSensor for doors and windows connect seamlessly to other ecobee products. Offered as standalones or included in a home monitoring bundle, both products put ecobee’s attention to detail on display. For the SmartCamera, the refinements include a glass front, a front-facing speaker grill, and a magnetic stand. Congrats to our friends at ecobee!
